Common quick checks
Can't verify? Ensure you are using the correct certificate number or SHA-256 fingerprint.
Link not opening? Confirm the full URL and check if a share token has expired or been revoked.
Payment issue? Check the Billing page and your receipt email; contact Support with the transaction reference.
Security reports
If you believe your account is compromised, contact Support immediately with “SECURITY” in the subject line.
