This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of Audiverify services provided by Motiva LTD. This policy is designed to protect our users, our platform, and the broader community.
2. Prohibited content
You may not upload, submit, or associate with documentation records any content that:
- Infringes intellectual property rights of others
- Contains false or fraudulent ownership claims
- Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Promotes illegal activities or violates any law
- Impersonates another person or entity
- Contains personal data of others without consent
3. Prohibited activities
You may not:
- Use the Service to commit or facilitate fraud
- Submit false ownership declarations
- Attempt to circumvent platform rules or content moderation
- Use automated bots or scripts without authorization
- Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
- Interfere with the operation of the Service
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without permission
- Use the Service to harass, stalk, or threaten others
- Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
4. Security
You must:
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Report any security vulnerabilities responsibly
- Not attempt to probe, scan, or test vulnerabilities
- Not attempt to access systems or data you're not authorized to access
5. API usage
If you use our API, you must:
- Comply with all rate limits and usage quotas
- Keep API keys secure and not share them
- Not use the API in ways that could harm the Service or other users
- Attribute Audiverify appropriately where required
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to:
- Remove content that violates this policy
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations
- Report illegal activities to relevant authorities
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
- Take legal action where appropriate
Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.
7. Reporting violations
If you believe someone is violating this policy, please report it to abuse@audiverify.com. Include as much detail as possible, including any relevant evidence.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service.
